(quintet)
(2004)
A world on-stage is presented where dancers laugh out
loud, lean on and hold one another in sorrow and anguish,
and smile in blissful states of contentment. Moving
slowly and purposely develops over time into fast and
frenetic moving as-fast-as-you-can as the momentum develops
and dancers rush across the stage, dart forward and
backward, run in circles, gesture wildly and thrust
themselves and one other through the stage space accompanied
by a frantic harpsichord concerto by Henryk Gorecki.
Music: Harpsichord Concerto by Henryk Gorecki
Running length: 20 min
